OK, to clarify things, this is Pilot Destro. In the comics he was shown flying the Despoiler. The Resolute Destro designs shown at the con were closer to the Sigma 6 design so I don't know where they got this from, perhaps a specific Resolute episode.
Yes, Destro has a giraffe neck. But that's a new angrier-looking non-chrome head with green eyes and a removable headset.
The hoses connect to his wrist-mounted computer from his backpack.
That's the IG Destro body under the chestplate.
Those crampons really look stupid and serve no purpose on a pilot.
As for Shockwave... It's a Cobra Trooper torso & arms under the vest. The head has the cavity far back so he can't look down. The gasmask is a tight fit but doesn't work alongside the helmet (unlike the Bbi SWAT figures who could wear their gasmasks & helmets at the same time).
Since it's the Cobra Trooper waist, the Firefly belt falls down to his hips.
Those two gigantic holsters hold smaller-sized versions of his original pistol. They seem to have resculpted the original pistol right down to the funny hannging trigger/trigger guard. The right holster has the Adventure Team logo on the flap.
Shockwave only comes with those two pistols, his cap, helmet and gasmask. No Uzi, no backpack.
As for the rolled down/unbloused pants... the original Shockwave also had them.
The comic shows a new dead Joe (yes, he's already dead in the back of the Night Ops Humvee when he's introduced) who is a demolitions expert.
The comic also shows DTC Troopers
