definitely returning some. even while i'm an opener, they have the back of some of the packing material stuck to duke..

like, packing tape or whatever from the case. oh, and some dinged up other resolute figures. at least the blowtorch i can sell at cost to another collector in atlanta.

and the magnet is cool. do i have to return that? lol

I got my wave 13 figures today from HTS. I prepared myself for the worst when I opened the box because they can't seem to get much right at this time. Amazingly, the order was correct. I got all the wave 13 figures plus the Transformer I added to the order. Of course, it seems like they tried to screw it up with the packing job they did. The figures were not neatly stacked but just thrown in the box with that air padding stuff rolling in between the cards. Some of them got a little warped but not creased so that is good. I know it seems hypocritical to rip on HTS but still order from them. But the money saved on this order was significant. That is likely the only time I will order form them is when I can save a bunch of money.

BTW, the Resolute figures are mind blowing! I can't wait for the cartoon!

I got a ship notice for Zartan. But, well... if I read tings right, they sent me 1 package via Smartpost that contains the Star Wars figures I bought. Then they sent a 2d package with Zartan, using a undetermined shipping method(the tracking # provided isn't Smartpost format... actually, I don't know what shipper format it is). And confusingly, from the email wording, package #2 might contain Zartan and a 2nd Star Wars set.

Oh well. If they ship a 2nd set and don't charge for it, legally I get to keep it. But I'll keep an eye on my bank this week anyway in case they charge for a 2nd copy.

They gave me an ML Xorn instead of a Thrawn/Karrde two pack I ordered. After I contacted them, they said they would ship the correct item as well as let me keep the Xorn which is nice. I'm also going to go through the crediting process as they left out a 25th Beach Head from another order but it's only $8 so it isn't too bad.

P.S. Anyone want and ML Xorn? I already got mine two years ago.

I've done several orders with HTS and haven't had any problem myself.

i did get a random clone trooper that i didn't order once. it was/is one that has yellow markings. i dunno, it's still unopened in a bin somewhere. then again, not a bad thing, but i think i ordered something else in its place.

I think the bad weather is delaying my order. Stayed in one Fed Ex center a really long time. Original ETA was the 24th. Afraid I'll get it on the 26th.

So I got these $5 off Coupons from HTS. They go bad on the 31st. On the 29th I visit HTS and see they had a restock. Placed an Order for Scrap-Iron & Wild Bill Comic pack. A hour later I get an invite to go to TRU. I doubt they have anything there. There has to be nothing on the shelves after X-mas. I was wrong. TRU got restocked too. They have the Comic I just ordered. I decided I'll just wait a week.

This morning I go check my order status. You know usually ships in 1 day. Estimate shipping date is the 6th. What? The 6th.

And yet, they probably still won't let you cancel it. But if you can get it at TRU, you shoud call to try to cancel. If they arnen't shipping for a week, they have little ground to stand on since the product was reported to be "in stock".

Someone at Hasbro Corporate...whoever acts as the liaison between HTS and Hasbro Proper...needs to step over to HTS and make some heads roll. Their service has really gone downhill...especially this year.

The two times I've needed a refund they just refunded it to my card.
