Well, I'm still waiting for my refund and replies to my e-mails

I finally got my refunds that I sent back over a month ago! Of course, they tried to short change me on the amount they refunded. I ordered 2 Transformers on the same order. I send both back in the same box with the same return slip. They processed them separately for some reason and sent me 2 e-mails on the refund of each. The total refunded was $5.35 short of what I paid. I did some math and $5.35 did not represent anything I could find that they might have kept accidentially or intentially like shipping or tax. I called them up and the guy saw that it was in error and had to manually refund the remaining amount. Of course their system would not allow a refund of $5.35 so they had to refund me $5.34. Honestly, I don't give a crap about a penny but what the heck kind of organization do the have there?? The whole reason I had to do this refund is because they couldn't cancel a 12 hour old order by phone on the weekend when they weren't shipping anyway. HTS sucks.

Same here, except my order was about 3 hours old on a Friday

They're about 2 weeks behind on answering e-mails (so much for 24-48 hours) and they don't work on weekends.

Same generic answer saying I have to wait 2 billing cycles to see a refund on my credit card, eventhough I paid with PayPal

Given the problem I am seeing with refunds with retailers that take PayPal, I have decided not to pay with PayPal to companies that take credit cards. Credit cards already provide purchase protection that is probably a lot better with less hassle than PayPal.

And that line about waiting 2 billing cycles is crap. Maybe they put that in there for people that don't use the internet and rely on paper bills. My refunds showed up on my credit card website within a day or so of them processing it.

Well today I finally got Zartan, Airborne & Eel from Hasbro. That later two look fanastic. Zartan looks alright.

I have major complaint: accessories should fit and parts should move without breaking. A combination of tighter joints and even softer plastic results in breaking. Zartan's wrist broke as I tried to turn it. Airborne back pack doesn't fit. The peg is too soft, too thick and too short. As soon felt the Eel's wrist was tight to I ran it under hot water so I could get moving without breaking.

What are my chances that I can return Zartan for another?

My Airborne had backpack issues too. All u gotta do is align the vest hole with the hole on his back and the backpack peg will go all the way in, nice and snug.

I'm still waiting for my refund. But, like an idiot, I went and placed another order. I charged it to my CC this time. So once the order arrives, I'll have them give me a refund for this order, since it should be easier

Now they're saying they never got my returned order. Total lack of organization

It looks like they caught up on replying to their e-mails. Now I hope they catch up on shipping the orders. My orders on the 3rd and 5th haven't shipped

my eel showed up, all beat to hell, no air bubble in the package or anything.

I think I'll only order with free shipping and 20 percent off from now on.

How funny I got my second Eel too. The paint job on it is very sloppy compared the first one I got. I think I even see a thumb print on it. Now here's the mind blowing part. My first Eel came with two other figures. All in a small tiny box. Jammed together up no room for bubble wrap. Condition still good. This latest Eel came in a box three times as big. You can fit two shoe boxes within it. Inside the only thing protecting the figure was sheet of brown wrapping paper.

Plus my must current Order made on the 4th for an instock item "usually ready to ship the next day" hasn't shipped yet. It has been 5 days since I placed my order take away 2 days for the weekend and that is still 3 days they been doing nothing. This is the prime reason why I never pay to upgrade to better shipping. Even if I pay more for faster shipping it won't matter if someone takes their time getting the package out.

Good to hear I'm not the only one (I ordered on the 3rd & 5th). They've usually been good about shipping in a timely manner. Several times though, I've received my items before the order status changes to shipped

As I said, they were over two weeks behind in answering e-mails (instead of 24-48 hours) so I guess there's a back-up in shipping as well

I never upgrade from Standard because since it ships from PA, I get it quickly anyway

I just got off the phone and they are giving me a refund, they said it may take up to 2 billing cycles, WTF, now i gotta wait longer, it's a shame.
