I went with Agent Scarlett. Too many of the figures in the comic sets in this year had problems of one sort or another (especially that Hawk-Tunnel Rat-Flint set), but this Scarlett was an excellent representation of the character, and while the head was a bit too small, it wasn't nearly as pygmy-esque as the one that came with Smake-Eyes and Kwinn in set #2.

Roadblock would've been a close second for me. Finally a decent headsculpt on the original body.

Short Fuze is great with a new head and a classic torso & waist

Scarlett (like CC) was good when they showed CP#9 at the Con the year before it actually was released

Rock n Roll finally got a very appropriate head sculpt and the rest of the figure was all repaint but fitting.

The Joes are a weaker crop than even the Cobras of that year. Of them, only Rock and Roll had any relevance at all. None of the rest offer anything that you can't get in the original, and better figures. At least R&R made an attempt to bring the classic look of the character into a more useful mold. So, he wins for that alone.

I chose Scarlett because we finally got a version of the figure of her in her original uniform and with a decent head sculpt.

R&R for me too.
Shame for the ugly green on most of the figures.

Just jokin'. Great design for the head, but the neck was to squat. The head just sat on the shoulders. Same for the Zap and Breaker heads, too.
