I received my wave 10 set from BBTS today and something seemed odd. Instead of being packed in the Hasbro shipping box, they were just packed in bubble wrap. No damage occured but the conspiracy theorist in me got to thinking. Is BBTS opening wave 10 cases to look for the clear Wraith variant? I also had a wave 12 set in the order and that arrived in the regular Hasbro box. So removing them from the box for ease fo shipping makes no sense as they actually took up more room.

Has anyone else had the same experience? It won't stop me from ordering from BBTS, but it does make me wonder why they did it.

Maybe they ran out of full cases and were shipping from their individual figure stock. That's probably what happened since if they were picking out the blue Wraiths they would have just pulled it out of the case and replaced it with a regular one in the box.

I dunno, I got mine yesterday and it was in the Hasbro packaging and sealed (plus, I got a blue/clear Wraith).

I've received a case from them before exactly the same way. I actually had 3 of the same case, two came in cases and one was all the figs bubble-wrapped. There was nothing spectacular in the case though, so I'm sure they were just making up a case from loose figures.

Just ignore me, I forgot I only ordered a set of 6, not the case of 8, so BBTS didn't do anything underhanded. I had a couple extra loose figures in the order,so that lead to my confusion until I double checked my order page.
