Anyone get one that actually has the back holster pictured on the proto? The two in my case have a spot on the webgear for it to be glued to, but no actual holster. And if no one has one with it, I hereby submit a "what's up with the Bazooka Trooper's missing holster?" question for the next Hasbro Q and A.

bazooka trooper's so lethal he doesn't need "up close" firearms. he just bazooks, regardless of distance.

jk, that's messed up. and i haven't seen any in stores yet to know if that's diff'rent.

I checked about 8 of them that I saw at a toy show. Not only did none of them have it, but it is pretty clear that the bubble insert that the figure rests in would not fit one if it were there. Where is the proto pic again? I'd like to see if it was similar to any of the holsters already released.

That's a decent picture of the holster in the back... it's a shame that it's not there, gotta wonder if that's a factory flub or something...

yup my two don't have it, and it's fairly obvious they should.

kept meaning to start a thread about this and forgot. glad you did.

also looking at that pic on yojoe do you think he was intended to have two helmets?

I found one tonight with a pistol and pistol holster (in the package, the holster is on the back but slid around towards the right side of the hip.) Emailing myself pics from my cell phone and will edit this post when they show up.

Interestingly I found the whole wave except Wraith.

Edit: ok so it came with the istol, and I can see what you guys mean about the lack of holster, I had thought/swore it was on there but that's another back pouch. There's no holster glued to it, just the back part where it has a pistol outline raised on it.

Is the pistol packed in the holster or is it the one that's in the upper left corner packed as an accessory? All the ones I've found has a pistol in the upper left corner with the bazooka just below that. I can't see the holster. I have 3 of them and all are packed the same.

Well if you take a look through all the photos, some of the figs have some small changes, from the final product:

1) Scrap –Iron from the arctic set had a transparent visor, but the final production fig did not.

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3431&cat=609&perpage=30

2) Snow Serpent commander does not have the transparent yellow visor in this shot:

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3853&cat=609&perpage=30

3) Dusty from the dvd set has a cooler camo pattern, matching cloth material on the helmet, and belt/strap is a different color from the final product:

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3855&cat=609&perpage=30

4) Serpentor from the same dvd set has gold accessories and the final product is more yellow:

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3857&cat=609&perpage=30

5) Croc Master had the most changed. The pic shows a black whip and hose, the forearms are switched and the “belt buckle” is painted yellow instead of green:

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3810&cat=609&perpage=30

6) Comic pack Destro was more of a bluish-purple, no neck/mask paint and had no cape.
Final product is more blue, neck paint gold or black, and cape included

http://photos.yojoe.com/showphoto.php?photo=3872&cat=609&perpage=30

7) IG from the same comic pack had red upper thighs and a gold belt. Final product leaves the red off the thighs and includes red paint on the belt:

There are some others too, like Mutt’s head and arms painted as opposed to being molded in flesh color.

Like danielb said looks like the bazooka trooper was supposed to have two helmets.

My bazooka trooper is also missing the holster. I guess for whatever reason, Hasbro decided not to include it, as with the many changes they made above, as opposed to a factory error.

It's a bit odd since this is a "accessory change" as opposed to a paint change.
Would have been nice to have though.

So it's the holster missing and not the gun? I thought everyone had empty holsters. I misunderstood another thread. Well I haven't opened the Bazooka Troopers yet so I have no idea what they might have, but I don't see a holster tucked in back there through the card.

So the question added to be submitted needs to be 2 part. We need to ask what's the deal with no holster, and can we get one sent to us? I did open one of mine up and he has the spot where a holster should be glued on but there isn't one.

yeah, considering what little the bazooka trooper comes with, it seems easy that they'd give him another helmet and a gun holster lol. that really seems like a royal screwup by the factory, esp. if they took the time to sculpt that part of his webbing and it's just a simple glue-on piece from an existing holster most likely.

Prototype Dusty looks hella better than the production figure with the DVD.

EDIT: found wave 10 this morning. nope, my bazooka trooper doesn't have the holster either.

Hrmm, I hope the Stinger commander comes with the holster since he's a straight repaint. But it sucks for the bazooka trooper either way.
