I think one of the reasons it takes so long is because the return address is a USPS Postage Due unit. The box goes back to the post office and they likely don't release it to HTS until they get paid for the return. Great system they have there.
I got off the phone with HTS a little bit ago about returning the extra Combat Hero set I got in exchange for the correct one. The guy I talked to was nice but scatterbrained. He sounded like he was hopped up on 20 cups of coffee. He lost his train of thought at least 2-3 times while I was on the phone with him. He clearly was trying to move faster than he was capable of as he told me he closed out my screen before he was even done talking with me and had to ask for my order number again. Then he put me on hold for no apparent reason. He was just all over the place. I'm telling you, HTS is run by a bunch of idiots.
Update: I found the CC/Roadblock at Target today for about the same price as the HTS.com one. So I am just flat out returning the extra pack for a refund.
