I was suspicious since the Desert 7-pack pics were released. Major Bludd's neckerchief was obviously going to be removable, and they had the same shape...

Then when I got the desert pack, and Bludd's mask had the right texture, I was sure of it.

Odd that we didn't get any pics of the maskless head without the extra thing before now. Either way... my Overkill custom has a head. Just need a rest of him, now!

Interesting face for BH. Not what I imagined or saw in earier drawings from decades ago.

And do you realize that if you re-color his hair and facial hair black that he becomes Big Brawler?

y'know i wasn't even considering the Beachhead/Mainframe pack because Mainframe looks a little weird and well they did Beachhead right the first time - so why fix what isn't broken?

But then, THEN the mere notion that with a simple hair re-colouring we could see the one who Brawls Big...this means that Beachhead contains the very essence of the Brawling One which just puts me over the top!

Mine came in via the Collector Club yesterday. I haven't got the chance to open them, but they look great. Was it a copyright issue with Mainframe's name change? I assume that's it. If they did it to be more modern, what's with the floppy disks?

I'm getting hammered by too much merchandise all at once. Way too many G.I.Joe items are hitting the shelves at once.
