That's exactly why I wanted to be sure the non-discounted order/orders were canceled.
It's amazing how an inept company like Hasbro stays in business.

Wait...they won't let you cancel the order? Why the hell not? I could understand if it had already been shipped out or something, but that's obviously not the case. What's their excuse?

I have no idea what their problem is. I'm going to call back tomorrow.
In fact this has been going on with them for about six months now. I ordered two of the monsters: one for me, the other for Dark Horse. DH didn't want his, and I cancelled one. Later I find they never took it off. They still have me as ordering two. Now they won't let me cancel at all. I told the girl I wanted to keep the order with the 10% off.
We'll see what happens.

I got the same email lastnight, for both of my previous orders, so it looks like I will be calling them today too.

As for cancelled items, I had placed an order for the first wave of Transformers Universe figures through them, but found them in the store about two weeks before HTS was suppose to ship them. I called and cancelled the order, but it did not show cancelled in my account until after the release date listed on the website. I called them a couple of times to ask about it, and they said that it showed the order as cancelled on their end.
Might be what's going on with your order too.

I received that email for both of my original orders too. When I went to check their status on HTS, sure enough, they were active orders again.

I just got off the phone with them, and cancelled my first two orders, no problem.

I just got an email saying my 2 Cloverfield monsters have shipped!!!
FedEx tracking shows that I should actually have them by Friday!

Surprised me, to say the least!

I'm soooo jealous right now.
Mine are listed on the Fed Ex webite as being out for delivery, but I won't see them until I get home from work.

I've waited 11 months for this thing, and now the last 6 hour wait is the most difficult!!

I haven't even been able to find a packaged picture of it yet.
