I used it on a firebat and it came out like 13 bucks but I heard some people weren't getting free shipping on dvd packs

I used it on 2 seperate orders. First for the 2 new dvd packs and the free shipping didn't kick in. A few minutes later I used the code on the first 2 dvd packs and the free shipping worked. Here's a link for HTS codes,
