Hey, now; the Parasite is pretty dang cool overall. It just suffers from an eye-gouging paintjob.

But the FortAm? Yeah, I've crapped better things to play with than that.

Fort America IS the king of crap. What a pile of plastic garbage. Can't even say it was a good idea made into a bad toy because the idea itself was stupid.

agreed on the Parasite, the color scheme is what ruined it because the design is awesome.

this is the repaint of it that Viper did:

Having been given one I can honestly say that I think it was made for some other toy line. Even the detritus that surrounds it (molded on garbage) seems out of scale.

There's nowhere on the toy for the figures to interact with it. It's actually worse than the RAT which at least has a place for the figure to sit in it.

When I was eBaying I ended up with three incomplete ones and one complete one. I stuck the three incompletes in a tote and gave Zombieguide the complete one just to get rid of it. Complete waste of plastic as a tank or as a "fort". But the missile launcher is fun.

I've never even seen one in person. In fact, that picture posted is the only picture I've ever seen of it. It always looked like a TMNT toy to me though.

This "vehicle" just strikes me as pure crap. Plus, the capital offense?

No vehicle driver. Bad move, Hasbro. Even the worst vehicle can be saved by a sweet driver.

I remember when I got this....it sucks so bad. It doesn't really look like it's completely transformed in either mode. I kept thinking to myself "it's got to transform more and then it will be cool". Nope. It just sucks ass. Absolutely the worst vehicle in the whole joe line. Whoever designed this must have been really high that day. Really, really, really high....on crack.

I disagree. I would say marijuana because if they were on crack they would have loaded it down with too many features since they would constantly be bored looking at it.

Anyone else read the topic and get that Eurythmics song in their head "King and Queen of America?" I mean, you can even sing along to it...

"The king of crap...Fort Ame-ri-ca!"

Well, I was entertained by it. ;)

Either way, it just doesn't look finished. Like somehow it was stripped of all the rest of the parts that identified it as part of whatever the other line it came from was.
