What do you think? I'm impressed. They managed to work in the overall M.A.S.K. concept very effectively, even making V.E.N.O.M. a division of Cobra (well, the name certainly works). Don't know if this means we'll see other M.A.S.K. characters get involved -- personally, I doubt it, although I wouldn't say no to a Miles Mayhem, but overall, I think Hasbro did an excellent job working Matt Trakker into the G.I.Joe Team and keeping the essence of his original background intact.

How about if they did a MASK Ultimate battle pack, similar to the Star Wars ones Target had last year? You could have Trakker, Mayhem, 2 other MASK characters, recycle a Cobra Commander and Duke. Then throw in two MASK vehicles to complete the set. Package and sell for $50.00.

Win-win as I see it. The anti-MASK faction could skip it if the CC and Duke were nothing special and everyone else gets a small contingent of 3 3/4" MASK stuff to use with the Joes.

More MASK please!

It's a way of both moving Joe forward and playing the nostalgia card. I could get pretty jazzed about a MASK or VENOM faction.

I actually like the idea of Hasbro incorporating MASK in to the GI Joe universe.
I like the idea much more than Tiger Force or Python Patrol.

I'd say this is the perfect launching platform to spin out a whole new Fan-wank-mish-mash that can weave GI Joe, Mask, and Transformers together into an all new 1:18 scale action figure/vehicle line.

At the very least, I'd like to get a Miles Mayhem out of this. Just have to see what happens. Perhaps it depends on the response to Trakker once the figure is actually out.

If they did a Miles Mayhem body the right way, we could easily get other characters out of it. Kwinn for sure and who knows who else. The detailing of Miles' outfit originally could work for the clothes Kwinn was shown wearing in the later issues. I can see one of the generals being done too from the comic.

Couldn't Hasbro retool the SDCC Cobra Commander in, the business suit , for Miles Mayhem. Anyway a guy can dream !

I think Mayhem was a bit stockier of build than Cobra Commander, and didn't that figure use an Indiana Jones body? While I'd personally love it if this was all traditional-style Joes, if they're giving us Trakker as a 25th-style, then if Mayhem were to happen, I'd prefer a little consistency of format.
