Sorry if it's a re-post of something old. I think it's ok to post in this section, since G.I. joes are the "actors" in this Dr. Who story. They are 1/6, not 1/18. But the photos and story both are outstanding. And I know there are some Dr. Who lovers on this site:

I'm not really into 1:6 joes, but I found this guy's page years ago and have had it bookmarked ever since. It is so full of win, but he hasn't done a new story in a long time

Kambei is who I thought of as I was browsing. The story that I linked to was so good that I kind of forgot I was reading a dio, and it took on more of a comic book feel, but also the visuals and "sets" were perfect.

I figured most of you had seen it before, but stuff this cool almost deserves to be recycled from time to time for new people who might have been ignorant of it... like... me, until today. lol
