So i was lucky enough to find these two over the past few days, and was very surprised. Alot of good, and alot of bad. I figured i wont be the only one to bring stuff up on them, so maybe this can be the place to talk about it.

first: the Rattler..

Pros:

1) sticker sheet is like grandma's lemonade... like old times!
2) clear Canopy - WW cna finally see
3) Bombs are not solid colors, look like the old style!
4) everything is really tight on the body!
5) Landing gear is tight, and does not fold in under the wieght of the vehicle! Clips into place!
6) quality is overall good!

Cons:

1) gunner canopy does not lock
2) Top gun is loose as (insert celebrity female here)
3) tips of the large bombs are loose and like to fall off for no reason
4) you have to ruin the packaging to take the damage panels out.

Over alll: the Pro's out wiegh the Con's by a fair amount, definately like the old one, but with some improvements.
The fact you get to put the stickers on his a huge plus, its totally a great small added bonus. You wont want to throw away the box, it looks to good. Overall this is a must buy for EVERYONE. if you cant afford it, stop eating Big macs for a week and save for this one!

The Conquest:

Pros:
1) Looks like vintage one to the T.
2) Slipstream is awesome and worth the purchase in-itself.
3) engine panels underneath are a different color grey, makes it look more realistic

Cons:
1) Yellow missles...
2) Large bombs do not stay on well.
3) wings, alerons, and stabilizers feel really flimsy
4) Yellow engine cones
5) 25th figures have to be pushed hard to fit under the canopy
6) Body wants to seperate all the time when trying to remove the engine panels.

Overall:

I say its still worth the purchase seeing how great looking it is, but this one can stay in the box. I put all the decals on and put it back in the box, its a great display piece. If you wanna play with it, be prepared to Hulk Out. I think it could have been done better, but you cant really complain for 25$. The engines should have been a black or gunmetal color, along with the missles. Its one thing too go vintage, but the crazy colors can stay in the past IMO.

conclusion: Buy Both of them, Play the rattler to death, its by far the best vehicles of all time. This one will not dissapoint anyone! The conquest is a great display piece, or even a good shelf piece, but you may have to glue the bombs on.

No pics, as im sure everyone has seen these things, but if requested i can take some.

I am curious if you applied those Rattler stickers yet? The number and detail of stickers are great, the quality of them is terrible. They are printed on a cheap cloudy material that does not stick as well as the original stickers. The cloudiness shows up a lot on the dark surface of the Rattler. Honestly, the stickers are the suck. I already ordered new ones from JRuben myself.

I had to superglue some of the stickers on for the Trubble Bubble. A few were not quite sticky enough. I wish I had a printer that could do white and print on clear. I don't have that kind of money though to buy one of them. I can print white background stickers now... but for this particular application they wouldn't work.

The stickers worked fine for me?
I just pressed them on with firm pressure and cloudyness was lost.

The Rattler is pretty perfect all around.
Really, the biggest flaw was the Rattler filecard calling it a fighter and being all wrong.
