I like the containment suit guy, it could be a very good base for a mark V diver guy

THey are still listed as pre-order everywhere I look. I suppose they got delayed for some reason.

I talked to one of the Mezco guys at SDCC and he said they were hoping for a September release. I'm pretty sure they're still coming, just delayed as these things sometimes are.

I ordered a set to from Mezco and haven't heard anything, but when i inquired about my HB 2 singles, they said all the HB 2 stuff was to be shipping by the end of August, it's now the 3rd. week of September, where's my boxset Mezco ?

I don't know if i mentioned this, but i ordered a couple of the convention Hellboys, and got them about a month ago -

they are sweet.

While I regretfully didn't take the plunge on pre-ordering them, I recall Mezco's site saying there'd be like a 6-week period between when they charged one's card for the boxsets and when they'd ship out. I presumed they were waiting to get the full assortment paid for before actually producing them, and I'd think we're somewhere in that 6-week period right now.

Build them for an Orc small army of course, that is, if they get mailed out and if they hit the stores and reasonable prices on Evilbay :-/

You know, I placed a preorder for the SDCC one well before the Con and still haven't heard anything more. I think its about time to cancel.

Don't cancel your order just yet-- I agree with JBYRDD that you should check the status with Mezco first.

I initially pre-ordered my SDCC exclusives right when they became available and then didn't hear anything for months until they showed up on my doorstep. Same thing happened with the SDCC Abe.

Sure, Mezco's a small company, but they really need to work on their communication if they're gonna have an online store, too...

According to the talk on the Mezco forums, the 4" figures "should be in stores by 10/14".

Toys R' Us will have singles, everyone else [who will be carrying the figures] will have the box sets.

That's extremely good news, since i held off on a preorder for that very reason.

The preorder on the box set less shipping had the figs at $6 a pop, which is cheaper than Joes are now. :confused:

I wonder if they'll retain that price point?
