I'm a little biased, I only listed figures that wouldn't be easy to customize or ones that I'd already customized, which is why Shockwave didn't make the list.

In no order:

MIndbender - He's essential and I'm very surprised he hasn't been done.

Hit & Run - Popular figure, although I can see them doing a green-faced and flesh-faced camo variant

Recoil - One of my favorite post-87 RAH figures, Im sad he doesn't get more love

Alley Viper - More repaint fun - one in orange & blue, another in realistic colors for a battle pack

Sci-Fi - I want both, but I like V2 more than V1. Give V1 a removable helmet and more detailed gear and we're set.
