1) No character would be left without a figure,
2) Regular Soldiers, Sailors and Pilots for the Joes.
3) Add ons for the Original Headquaters,

A dock for the Joes Navy this module would be able to fit the whale and have a pad for the Sharc. Comes with Navel Officer in khaki and Sailor (Shipwreck mold)

Air Traffic tower with hanger this module would have a tower and a hanger for the Conquest (Skystriker would be to big) would come with a laminate cardbord runway mat with parking for Skyhawks, Dragon Flies and Tomahawk. Comes with Pilot (SlipStream mold) and Airforce officer in class b

Crew barracks with rec room and med bay. Comes with Gen Austin class a and Soldier

4) Side story the Sepentor deal, instead of him trying to replace Cobra Commander he could just start his own thing and be his rival, This would make the Joes have a war on two fronts. Hawk can lead a team and maybe a newcomer or Steeler could lead the other.

Having the cases go back to being 12 pks instead of 8 pks. One of each figure in the case from the wave and the other four spots filled with Army Builders.

I would retooled the flagg to be the Cobra air base...yeah go on Marvel sue usfor taking Shield's airship!!

I also oh done a modular playset about the size of a shoe box so I could grow my base.

I'd make the OG- alot earlier and then I'd a special civilian pack the President, Dr. B and Joe Blow

I'd start out by expanding the dvd packs beyond just the mini-series. Make packs based on key fan fave episodes.
For example:
The Traitor
Dusty in Cobra gear, Claymore with broom accessory, Duke in Joe-neric wetsuit. Tomax and Xamot in business suits.

Worlds w/o Ends
Infected Steeler with mutant bug accessory, Baroness in robe, Female Cobras, Tan Clutch, Grunt and that gun that shot them into the alternate dimension.

Excellent ideas!
Plus, ofcourse the Cobra Skycrane and:
- sleeping bags
- winter ponchos or hooded jackets which fit any figure
- tents
- a set with stuff to surround your base (sandbags, fences, wire, roadblocks etc)
- a bulldozer
- dojo / training facility
- obstacle course
- some kind of base / landscape with trenches

you know,.. as funny as you THOUGHT this was gonna be.... a lot of these sound like a good Idea. Dunkin Donuts never really had a toy promotion, that would have been a good start (and a good attempt to poke a hole into Krispy Kreme's empire,.. not that it would have worked)

..and I would have TOTALLY bought a caddyshack Bill Murry Figure!!!!

....the body bags would have been a bit much,.. though....

I recall making a list of figures based on every issue of the Marvel main run that should have/could have been made into figures. I think I posted it last December?

I would have made a few more Cobra troops earlier:

-I would have taken a Flash or Grand Slam torso and molded it in Cobra blue, with the chest pad in black. Include a RPG, or Mortar, etc for a Cobra Special Weapons Trooper.

-Using the same torso, I would have had a new head made that included a full face mask. He would be the Cobra Flamethrower.

-Introduced a Cobra RTO for communications.

-Definitely would have made a Paratrooper based on the troops Destro takes with him to rescue Cobra Commander and the Baroness.

(I am one that sees Vipers and the early design Cobra troops working side by side. The Vipers never replaced them. While it's true everyone starts out as a Viper, I feel that's more about becoming one of the specialty Vipers.

I still see the need for the 82/83 early design Cobra troops throughout every stage of the GIJOE timeline.

I've always felt that the Vipers were just regular Cobra troops with more assault gear. Cobra needs cannon fodder.)

I also think that the figures I mentioned above would have been among the first of the Specialty Vipers anyway, or at least the troops that would become them.

-Would have made a few Oktober Guard specific vehicles, like the Kremlin Kiddie Kart, a tank, and a boat.

-Would have made more of the original 13 style 'greenshirts' in tan, the two-tone outfits from the cartoon, or the other cartoon outfits (some of the og13 were gray, etc).

I thought that his Uzi fit into that spot? I always used it as that. It looks odd nowadays, but when I was a kid it was cool. You have to use the loops on the top of the gun and place them in between the clip part of that slot. I'll try and post a picture here too.

momaw nadon

PS: I wonder how many parents would be writing to you (if you were in chage at Hasbro) about the body bags ;-). That is just classic. I don't ever remembering what I did with the dead, back in the day. I think I just let them lay there until I picked everything up . I know I used duck tape layered to make sleeping bags, but never would have thought about making body bags .
