I've been on the site for an hour, the whole site is crashing and filled with error codes.

I managed to snag myself a set. Anyone else had any luck?

I had the blue suit one in my cart and thanks to Hasbro still not having an updated site able to handle more people, it errored out and then said it was sold out. I then just dropped it down to a black suit and the Combat Hero and kept refreshing. I kept getting to the end and it was emptying my cart so I started over. I now have 5 order confirmations and have no idea what happened. I can't get through to call them either. I don't know if they'll acknowledge all 5 as orders, but they each are different order numbers. I guess rather than cancel the orders if they are going to go through, I'll offer up what I don't want.

On a side note, I see that the members of hisstank.com have been slamming the site all night. So them and countless others are slamming it and trying to order more than 1.

I got 2 blacks and 1 blue. I'll be selling at least one of them off on eBay to cover the other two. Which type depends on how I like them when they arrive.

I managed to get 1 Blue and 2 Black on my first order, after trying for dang near 20 minutes to get through the errors. By the time my 2nd order went through the Blues has sold out right before my order went through so I just had to get the 2 Black ones.

So glad my girlfriend was sweet enough to wait two hours in the Hasbro line to get me the last blue CC sold at the con. (Literally the last one sold.) She was only able to get it by chatting up the guy doing the HTS bagging when the line was coiled around to that side. An hour later, when she finalyl got up to the counter she asked the girl rining her up if they had anymore blue CC and the girl said "Last box sold out an hour ago, the dude popped up pulled it out from under the table and said "Last one." By then I was able to watch the exchange from a far, the dudes who had been standing in line with her weren't Joe fans so they just cheered her.

And told me I owed her a ring.

Are there any differences in the one bought at the con and the HTS one?

I ended up getting 2 black CC's and the combat heroes.

Had 1 blue and 2 blacks in my cart...by the time the site got through the process of making an order the blue had sold out.

I ended up getting 2 Blacks, 2 of the Vader, and 1 set of Fing Fang Foom...no wasted time hunting for parts...just have to find people who want stupid Hulk figures.

Simple, the market will absorb them just like it did the silver PDD's. These are $30-$50 figures by October. The blues will be well over $100 or more by that time, too. This covered the short term demand and if you missed these on HTS and want one, the time to buy on Ebay is right now since prices will not likely not drop until after the movie at the earliest.
