Yeah! Also, the helmet looks new. The silver strip is sculpted on.

CC's head is the main reason I haven't liked any of his 25th renditions. This one is finally a keeper. Unfortunately, I have to buy the single packed cartoon Cobra Commander to get the red ingredient for the MASS Device. Kind of sours the whole thing.

wow, that is nice. almost the 'ultimate' cc version.

its nice that hasbros team isnt so egotistical that they DO go back and fix mistakes such as this CC and zartan from the pics we saw. makes me think that any turds that we have been given, like the baroness, will be redone perfectly at some point.

Wait...the element containers are supposed to come with the MASS Device DVD set, according to this pack-in sheet:

Wait...the element containers are supposed to come with the MASS Device DVD set, according to this pack-in sheet:

Element containers, yes. But they're empty. The elements themselves... those come in different containers included with other figures.

See, here's where I pull a JoeCustoms, and instead of waiting for Hasbro to give me some elements, I make my own elements out of:

a) bits of transparent red plastic
b) a bit of distilled water (drop in some blue food coloring)
c) fine-grain gold glitter

And I'm good! Psh, my wife has all of that in her craft room...I just need to pick up some distilled water. :-)

Or you could use some blue gel for the water element.

Other than the battle helmet Cobra Commander, what figures do you get the elements with?

Cobra Diver w/ WA (supposed to be water element)

Tripwire w/ Desert (element)

and MAYBE Storm Shadow w/ GE which the GE I have no idea. Ground element?

Yes this Cobra Commander WILL have a vac-plated head but the helmet most likely won't come off. I spoke with Neal from Hasbro about this (and other things) and he confirmed that the DVD pack CC will be all chromy goodness.
