Who's the real Night Watch Squad Leader?

The Night Watch 6-pack has two squad leaders.
1. Golden logo, golden officer logo on the helmet, black mask, golden shoulder straps:

2. Silver logo, silver officer logo on the helmet, red mask, red shoulder straps:

How do you guys use them and who is the real Squad Leader?

I don't have these, but red mask = Officer and black mask = NCO to me.

Silver logo with red mask is the higher rank. I follow the US officer rankings which have the silver ranks over the gold.

Cobra wouldn't follow that! :-D

Well recently the Crimson Guard Commander from the TRU set was gold while regular CGs are silver.

I'm using the guy that came with the Target HISS, since I only got one and he seems to blend in okay.

I use the black mask as the leader and the red mask as Scarface, I just add on a few scars, and I'm done.
