Here's an interesting turn of events.
Quote:
Hasbro wouldn't be shipping Docs out until 5/01/08. Doc will be mailed 6-8 weeks from receipt of the redemption request.
3rd week of March I send a check for Doc. Add 6-8 weeks later would be the week of May 1st to middle of the month. My check wasn't cashed at all during this time. One week later pass the time Doc was suppose to be mailed and they finally cash it. Hasbro couldn't do what they claimed to do. What is the point of printing offical rules when they do follow them? People report getting their Docs soon than other people who sent their money earlier. Plus people report getting damaged figures.
Today I final got my Doc that I should of gotten about a month ago. Here where it gets interesting. I got two Doc one in a crushed box. It looks like the figure package was slightly crushed before it went in the claim shell. I only paid for One Doc. I think I might be a moral dilemma. If Hasbro was a ebay seller I would give them a bad review for waiting forever to cash my check, not delivering on time and sending a damaged figure.
I should keep the second one for my troubles. If feel guilty I always send them a check for the shipping on the second one. Then there is the case of my Viper from HTS which they keep pushing the mailing date back. I ordered it the same time as everyone else but every time they are suppose to mail it out I get an email saying, "We don't have this item here is the new date". At least 3 times they've did this to me. Today is suppose to be another one of those shipping days. Will they finally mail me one? Make me wait again or will they canceal and say it is out of stock? How long did I have to wait for Doc? How long do I have to wait for the Viper? So far I've did every thing correct. Why did other guys get Doc and Vipers on time and I kept pushed to the back of the line? Is this how Cobra Commander started?
Maybe I should follow Cobra Commander's lead and keep Doc hostage until I get that Viper.
