The BBTS listing has an "unconfirmed" after Croc Masters name. So that's up in the air I guess. The look is kinda neat though, and I think I'd prefer him to another CG which I think is probably the weakest figure across both sets. I'd like to preorder a few of each, but I may wait and see if anyone else has a lower price. If they're an online exclusive they should be available for a good long while anyway.

With MSRP of 29.99 on those packs if you order the Desert and Arctic pack together for 59.99 thats basically about the cheapest your probably going to find it. I ordered 2 of the Desert/Arctic sets and each and shipping was only $10 for all 4 packs.

Entertainment Earth now has the COBRA troop-builder packs up for pre-order as well, for the same prices that BBTS has them for coincidentally, and EE's description of the Desert Assault Squad lineup is:

5x Cobra Desert Assault Squad (Cobra Flamethrower Trooper, 2x Desert Crimson Guard, Hostile Environment Specialist Cobra Trooper, Major Bludd, Explosives Expert Cobra Trooper, and Cobra Officer)

Entertainment Earth Listing

So I think it's safe to say that the Croc Master image is bogus.

Ah, I didn't see the set with one of each for 60, just the individual sets at 35, nevermind then, a preorder it is.

I ordered. No way I want to miss out on getting these. Seeing them in person makes you want them even more. They're really great figures.

Fixed Major Bludd makes Spin Doctor happy in his pants.

So happy, in fact, that I don't care if that is Crock Meister in the desert set. I bought two of 'em.

did you see the close ups of Bludds legs? they hinge sideways -- must be SkyBAT upper thighs?

//i know they were mockups... the paint was atrocious...

So now that leaves us with the question about where that CrocMaster came from. Too bad this didn't surface over the weekend so we could have just asked.

I ordered the case of 10.

I always get 5 of every pack, so that worked out perfect for me.

SUHWEET!
