What is HTS problem?

They take more preorders than they actually have product for.

They offer the Viper with the same preorder with the other figures from that wave. I order him and others at the same time as everyone else.

The 23rd went by. No shipping notice or charges.

According to my order status. The Viper is back ordered



I wonder if I'll charged tonight? Really what is HTS problem? I know some people got their Vipers. What high demand? Don't those idiots know not to take more orders than what you'll have product for?

What a half assed operation. Is this a common problem with them?

Yes it is a problem, i usually don't order from them for that reason, i might be able to hook you up with some vipers, lemme know and i will check my local Wal-mart.

It's the same thing with the new wave of Indiana Jones figures to, before they was "Coming Soon", then they won't ship till June 18, then they are outta stock, i ordered them and they sent me..." We are currently out of stock..."THEN WHY DO THEY HAVE PREORDERS" ????????? I just canceled my order and will have to wait till they hit the stores.

Yeah, they did the same to me as well with the Firefly comic pack and now with the v2 Iron Monger(only in this case they didn't bother even mentioning the revised shipping date and nevermind that it said it was in stock at the time I placed my order). So much for "ships within next business day."
