Well, the wait is over. And, since it's been about twice as long as I'd have preferred, I made the "season finale" twice the size.

Cue voiceover guy:

Previously, in Hide & Seek...

And now, the super-mega-obnoxious-sized conclusion:

Hope it doesn't disappoint.

Loved everything about this chapter. You really tied it up nicely.

That was a great chapter and fitting finale. Lots of team work and the usual bad guy gloats himself out of the chance for victory.

One question, will Swamp Rats show off your 25th style customs or will you be sticking with your current renditions?

Another good one Spinny, really can't think to add anything not already said.

Awesome.

You make it unbelievably easy to forget that these are toys. The dialogue and gestures alone....wow.

Thanks, guys, for taking the time to read and to comment. It makes all the work I put into this worthwhile to know folks are enjoying it.

As for this question...

...it's one I've been wrestling with of late.

I don't think we'll see any 25th figures in Swamp Rats, as that story picks up pretty much right where this one leaves off and I thnk the shift in key characters' looks would be a little jarring.

But there are some major shake-ups bearing down on my Joeverse over the next year, and we'll start skipping things ahead in time a little bit (remember, my rebooted continuity is set in the mid-90s at the moment).

Things like that can change the way folks look...and the way they look at their world.

Outstanding! One heck of a cliff-hanger. Just out of curiosity, what program do you use to make you dios?

I actually use two: Photoshop for the image manipulation and special effects, then Paint for adding dialogue. I haven't found a way to do word balloons that I like the look of more.

Anyway, glad you dug it. Thanks for taking a look.

Really?? That surprises me a lot. I can't imagine doing word balloons in Paint, of all things. More kudos for you for doing so and not having them look terrible!

Oh, and the finale was great. :)

Thanks, Tim. Coming from a Photoshop diety like yourself, I take that as pretty high praise.

;)
