I finally found these. Every store I've gone to just has the same Hulk and Abomination figures, but there were plenty of these at the East Stroudsburg Walmart if anyone in NEPA was still looking. I really like them. It's no secret I've always been a fan of new sculpt, and they used two of the better body molds for the figures. Quite a nice little surplus of weapons, too. I threw the package into the cart with the curry and dill weed I was buying and my mom remarked "what person buys G.I.Joes and curry?!" I was proud that she knew they were basically G.I.Joes.

Good idea.

I'm still leaning towards customizing one into Tim's character from 'Four Rooms' and the other into the character from 'The Musketeer'.

Those are my favorite Tim Roth movie roles.

Other than 'To Kill a King', 'Planet of the Apes', 'Resevoir Dogs', and maybe 'Pulp Fiction' (?), I can't recall any other movies he's been in. I guess I should look him up on imdb...

Sorry to necro this thread, but I noticed that a new wave of Hulk figures must've come out. At two different Walmarts today(looking for Joe, but nobody in southern California seems to have any beyond Buzzer and wave 2 comic packs) I saw two new Hulk sets. One is Mega Kick Hulk who comes with a helmeted Hulkbuster with green trim. The second set had a Bruce Banner to Hulk transformation thing going on. Basically, it was a 1/18 Banner(lacking knees and w/cut elbows) that can be placed in a Pretender-like Hulk shell. The sculpt on the Banner figure looked decent and he did appear to have ball jointed hips, but the lack of knees and wrists with the cut elbows was just odd. I figure someone on here could peobably fix him up though.

I've now got a total of 6 packs of the 2-pack, so I've got my "army" I wanted. I don't normally army build but I like these. Now with the figures from the other thread, I'll have a mold to make helmets for the Roth heads. I wanted to leave 1 as the guy in charge, then all the other troops to be troops. So that'll be cool to get the other pack for sure. I'll post it's link for referance:

Now the question is, does the figure with the kicking Hulk have articulation? Toy Fair pictures showed it to be non-articulated.

The dude with the kicking Hulk was the same Bazooka mold as the helmeted guy from the 2 pack.

In one way I guess that's cool. I'll probably get 2 of them so I can use them as "officiers" or higher ranking troops. I've got six of the regular version, 5 Roth figures that'll have helmets eventually, and the Roth figure that'll be the Leader. Once the TRU pack comes out, that'll round out my little army. I still haven't decided if I want to keep them as "Hulkbusters" or make them a special unit of G.I.Joe of some type. I guess I could fix up a couple of Hulks to be "Monster-Vipers" and these guys would be the ones that go up against them.

A heads up on this for anybody in the UK.

I spotted these two-packs in my local Tesco yesterday.

I wish the army guys were movie accurate with green camo.

I'm hoping that the Blonsky to Abomination pack has him in green.

Yeah I didn't know that other pack was coming that Darko had made a post about. I didn't know there was an Abomination/Blonsky pack coming either, but that's cool too. It's looking more and more like this little group will be monster hunters for my G.I.Joe team and Abomination and Hulk will become some weird idea of Mindbender's.

I've found one pack each at at TRU, Target, and Wal-Mart, so it appears these guys are shortpacked. Right now, I've opened one of the packs to use as replacements for the terrible Gallows and Grim Skull Plague Troopers. I wish the heads from those original Plague Troopers fit these Hulkbuster figures.

I saw the Mega Kick Hulk/Green Trim Hulkbuster today at Wal-Mart. Just not sure I can justify the ten bucks for the trooper, and a Hulk I'm not that interested in,

(Note: Not trying to spam posts here, but give everyone a heads up in case they didn't subscribe to the other thread.)

A friend of mine found the "Epic Tunnel Clash" set at a TRU in Cleveland and snagged three of them for me. So, keep your eye out.

The helmet is glued on to a regular figure's head that's been molded in gray, so the helmets can be a little askew. Overall, I really like these guys and I've turned my R.O.C.C. into a Steel Brigade command center. Now, I just need to get the Club Steel Brigade Command 3-pack.
