At this point, I think that I have somehow offended someone there at fun publications, and there is some kind of karat on my file that let's whomever I talk to know that they must tell me whatever I want to hear, while doing the exact opposite of what I ask them. I honestly don't think I have ever before run into such a politely feckless group of people.

Iroinically, I wanted the 12" AT Figure this time and wound up with the Cobra Commander! I haven't had a chance to call them yet, as work has been insane.

Others have pointed out that the option to update your information online does not seem to update anything. Update of address had figure sent to the old address. Update of figure selection had the opposite figure sent to them. Their organization skills seem to be lacking a lot. That will be obvious once again this year after completing 2 hours of Nintendo DS playing while waiting in line on registration night for the exclusive figures.

I had to call 3 times last year before they finally changed my account to the 3 3/4 inch figure even the when I originally signed up for the club I choose the 3 3/4 option. MC really need to step in 21st century when it comes to their online material or get someone who can.

Ha! Thats funny! I came home last night and on my doorstep was a small white box about 12" long. I wasnt expecting a package. When I picked it up it had FUN PUBLICATIONS written on the outside. I took it in and opened it and low and behold, they sent me the 12" figure too! I have no interest in 12" joes but I am not mad about receiving it. I wasnt expecting anything at all. My plan is to take my giant Joe to the Con and sell or trade it off for something I am into. No harm, no foul.

Ditto for me last night. You would think that a normal company would put in the proper information when you originally signed up and see that A) I checkmarked 3 3/4th "free" figure and B) registered for the 3 3/4th convention set last year.... but what am I thinking, we're talking about MC here.

Again, why is the club that's for a toyline that currently ONLY has 3 3/4" figures on the market, *does* have 12" figures coming but are based on the 3 3/4", advertises their club to collectors and kids on the packages of the 3 3/4" figures STILL default to assuming people who sign up want a 12" figure?

If you pay for a thing you should get that thing. Have you ever considered that more people are buying 3 3/4 stuff so the last handful of MC members got stuck with 12 figure since the 3 3/4 figure ran out?
