Hi, I was wondering if anyone else is having problems with pre-orders from Hasbro toy shop? I pre-ordered the DVD packs and some vehicles and now they're not there and I don't see them in my order history area.

I emailed them and they told me that they were doing site maintenance and things should be back to normal, but I still don't see my orders. Anyone else have this problem?

My pre-order is still there but it also says this would ship 6/18. The packs now have a ship date of 8/12 in the store.

They must have had some problems while updating a few days ago.
All my pre-orders are fine. Although they all say they are shipping TOMORROW!
Most of my previous orders are gone except the most recent one that I just got. Now it says Wild Bill, Jetpack Duke, Viper, & Spirit are discontinued.

I am a little peeved that all the new stuff I ordered is now "backordered" when it was in stock when I ordered it.

I got most of the figures I ordered. They sent each figure in boxes of their own. They didn't charge me any more for the shipping than what was already charged. I thought that was kind of crazy on their part. The DVD packs are backordered, the vehicles are backordered, and the Transformers are backordered. I went ahead and got the ones I had on order with them in store since they're already there.

I'm really not understanding how they are running the site. It's almost like they are trying to go the extra mile to mess up orders in order to show their site doesn't get prefered treatment over the other stores. I don't know, they were doing good for a while.

My orders are back, it's okay now, everyone can sleep easy now, Mikey will get his toys! But the ones I ordered are now on backorder... but that's fine with me, cause I'm poor right now anyway.

I have a problem

I ordered a Viper along with a bunch of others figures from that wave. I order 1 of each. I got my order in the first time around. Got on email that Spirit and the Viper would be late. Each at different dates. Got another email that my Viper is delayed again. I believe they offered the Viper a second time and people here claim to have already gotten their orders. Does Hasbro have a problem with my state or something? Stores always get the latest wave about 2 months later and only get one shipment. It took them forever to cash my doc check and I don't see him yet. Now even though I got my order in during the first offer I'm forced to wait for 1 stupid viper.

It is like hasbro got some mass list of priority and we're always at the bottom. Who's ass do I have to kiss around here to get some service?

What did you order? What date did it say they were shipping?
I know that anything that had a later date like the DVD packs are on backorder. That just means pre-order in HTS talk I guess.
