#21 is large missle from the x-19 phantom
#32 is the mini vehical from the MASK Rhino, but its missing some wheels.
#37 is a vehical from the Sky Commanders toy line

Actually after looking at the following website I notice some more parts from the sky commander toys. However the vehical numbered 37 is no actually shown but I know it is because its the same style and I had seen it before as a kid.

#60 is Devastator's gun from Transformers
#67 is the Constructicon Scavenger's gun.

#44 is the canopy to a Lazer Force or something like that car vehicle that was part of a cheap toyline to capitalize on Star Wars fame. They also had a jet like vehicle. The vehicle itself is silver with black guns, and blue stickers with red and yellow stripes on it. I've tried to find a picture of it but I cna't seem to find one online.

Ok, here's what I can tell you:

2.,3.,4. Assorted Robotix parts that could come from several different sets.

32. Part of a maroon colored semi-truck cab from MASK

39. From a white MASK van that opens down the center to reveal a red jet/helicopter.

47. Looks like the guns that fit on the back of the Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers Megazord

52. Gun for Transformers Afterburner (part of the Technobot combiner group)

60. Correctly stated before as being the gun for Devastator (the combined form of the Constructicons.) I believe the figure it came with is Hook but I may be wrong.

64. Gun for Transformers Swindle (part of the Combaticon combiner group)

67. Also correctly stated by Gaigann to belong to Constructicon Scavenger from Transformers

77. Gun for Transformers Battletrap, one of the DuoCons (A two figure subset in which two vehicles combined to create the robot form. Battletrap has a blue SUV for his legs and arms and a grey helicopter that becomes the chest and head).

That's all that I recognize.

25 and the un-numbered red jetpack next to it go with Centurions (I think). 27 may fall into that category as well.
