New Schleich dio pieces coming in September

I was at one of teh local toy stores this morning and was flicking through the new Schleich catalogue. Found these coming out in September:

The Elves range is slightly smaller than 1:18, but these do look nice pieces. I am tempted to pick up the Oracle and the Shadow Rock to go with my Indiana Jones figures. No sign of prices yet.

Just found some UK prices. £30 for the Oracle, £40 for the Shadow Rock.

So approximately $60 for the Oracle and $80 for Shadow Rock... :confused:

Cool as those may be...I think the price kills any interest I'd have had...for the same $75 I can buy plenty of Styeren and sculpy and make my own little dio peices and have them custom fit to where ever it is I'm going to display my figures.

Yah, them first two look sweet as all hell; but Schleich's dumbass insistence on handpainting everything pretty much guarantees they'll stay a low-sales company, imho. That Oracle set would make a great display for some Tok'ra figs as well.
