I know this is a very strange question but I accidentally watered down a jar of paint too much and now I need to make the paint thicker again. Is there any way to do this?

Thats what i would of suggested, it will make the water evaporate. just keep an eye on it, and mix it in occassionally, as otherwise it will get a skin ontop.

Besides the letting it air out approach, there is a spice called arrowroot. It is used in soups and stews to thicken them up. Although you go also use cornstarch and flour are also used arrowroot does it at room temperature. Just s pinch in a bottle of paint should work. Don't use too much or it will turn your paint into jelly.

warming the paint slightly speeds evaporation of the emulsion. set the open paint bottle into a coffe cup filled with enough hot water to reach up to the neck. Again, stir often to prevent gravy skin.
