Anyone know how to disassemble the Indy figs? I have a Doc Savage in the works and he needs some jodhpur pants.

Those I tried to disassemble comes apart with the boil n pop method,
boil some water, put the figure in the water for a half minute then pull apart/out the parts you want for your figure.
I've tried this on deluxe Indy with horse, german/russian soldiers and the guys with the skull mask.
I think you can do this with all Indy figures but not the ones with the action feature.
