Two of my favorite things in the world.
You might start with
www.Jlist.com. It is a Japanophile site, but they have been known to carry the full sets of 1/6 scale weapons from the Furuta line.
www.michtoy.com is a toy soldier site that also houses many diorama and customizing items. There is also an entire area devoted to those that 'do-it-themselves', with regard to outfitting and supplying figures.
The Toy Federation has a wealth of 1/6 scale movie figures, and I remember the TimeLine figure of Gerard Butler(my mother-in-law is the ultimate fangal) had a 1/6 longbow and arrows.
Other than that, I'll ask and look around.
