Need some help from somebody, please.

I need a figure with the following specs:

3.75 to 4 inches tall
Very stocky build, wide shoulders
Clothed
Should be fairly generic looking, easy to sand down chest, arms, legs smooth
Not many pouches, holsters, bandoliers, etc so I don't have to take many off
Would be easier to customise if it is T-Crotch, but joe articulation would be fine
Does not need to be ball-jointed

Any help on identifying figures like this will be gratefully received
Thanks in advance
Kambei

For an upper torso, the steel brigade guys/Salvo. they have a pocket on each sleeve, but the shirt/chest/back is just a shirt, and a funny clasp thing at one shoulder. They are pretty solidly built though

the legs however have some cargo pockets and knee pads,.

Many thanks for the ideas, guys! :-D

I was reading the posts and suddenly had a "D'oh!" 8-O moment. With a little bit of filler clay, Road Pig would be perfect for what I have in mind. Thanks for the inspiration.
