I'm planning on doing a custom 25th Sgt. Slaughter since I have serious doubts that we'll get one from Hasbro. Has anyone removed GH's hat? Will it pry off or I am I going to have to involve blades, knives, and various power tools?

When I made my custom Guilotine figure I just pulled the hat right off, it takes a little bit of prying but you can pull it off with your fingers. |

If prying dosent remove it without much hassle, try dropping it in hot water for about 30-45 seconds and it will slip right off. |
