I was wondering if anyone has removed (or attempted) to remove the launch silo from the lower bay base before? Is it possible without destroying the launch silo and lower bay base? Any helpful tips would be nice to complete my task at hand. I need the silo for a project, but don't want to destroy the base, as I might be able to us it later on.

Also if anyone has any spare parts to the Terrordrome that they would be willing to sell or trade, let me know. I’m in need of an upper deck (big round top) and a right gun door. Needing both unbroken.

Thank you for any help.

The silo comes off without destroying it or the base. But it's been so long since I switched mine out that I forgot how I did it (I can't look now because all my stuff is packed and on the way here).

Actually, I helped you with that part of your multi-part question. It CAN be removed without destroying it. As for answers to the other parts of your questions, I wouldn't hold my breath now.

Attention Joe Customs Shoppers:

At this time, it would not be advisable to hold your breath.

LOL

You guys are funny, I think it would need to be cut out, right, if you need the silo, or are you describing just the launch platform?

It's the white section that I need. It's helded in place with clip/pegs, but when you work them off the silo, it will still not release. I'm almost wondering if Hasbro glued it in place too? If that is the case I need to figure out how to release the glue without destroying the silo or base.

Anyone have any ideas on how to get Hasbro glue to release?

Use either an Exacto Blade or Razor Saw.
