Ski-caps.

You know like Chief Torpedo and Shipwreck wear...

Even thought the rest of the figure is going to prove to be unusable, I still want to use the Bobby Lashley build and Brawl head for a modern Luke cage custom figure. I'd love to give him a removable skicap. does anyone make one? Shipwreck's head is kind of big, could I cut it off of him and hollow it out? Lashley's head seems too wide for that though.

any suggestions?

Maybe use the fingertip of a child's winter glove. Preferably one that's from a glove the kid doesn't need anymore.
