 Post subject: Taking apart Star Wars Figs?

I want to do a custom with the head from a star wars fig...how the hell do I get the thing apart?

Boil and pop method

Boil some water, submerge the figure for a minute or so, pull the head out slowly and pulling in one direction so as not to tear the post underneath.
