Hi everyone. New to the customs, and had a question - is there a way to easily separate a beret - such as the one on Stalker - for use on another figure, without cutting and dremeling?

I've seen a post on how to easily remove Scarlett's hair, but wasn't sure if this worked the same on the figures with built-on hats.

I'm speaking specifically about the new 25th Anny figs.

I would very much doubt it. They are usually molded as part of the head, otherwise they would look too big.

Why not just buy some of Marauder Inc's Berets for the figs? Or from Alyosha on GoodtoGoCustoms site?

The hair is totally different from the hats and berets. The hair is a seperate piece on most of the female figs. You'd have to cut or dremel the fig for the beret or hats. Thats all there is to it.
Other option would be to find the BBI guys with the Berets already off and buy the fig for the accessories and do it that way.

ummm...because I'm new??

Thanks for the link. I looked at Marauder's site, but didn't see berets. Also had been searching ebay, but obviously didn't know where to look. Haven't come across any removable berets on any of the BBI guys I've found either. Your help just saved Stalker's neck....or head as the case may be.

Thanks!
