In the midst of doing a couple 25th Anniversary customs, the joint in the middle of the torsos has become super loose on all 3of the figures. Whenever I so much as pick up the figures up to work on, they spin around like they're friggin' Sy-Klone.

Anyone have some ideas/proven solutions to fix this problem?

Did you loose the Friction pad?

It's the small silicon looking disk that sits on top of the joint...there are similar pads in the thighs of the 25A figs as well.

I never took the figures apart, working off the base body just as it was and doing the work to it. It's a [LASER BLAST] and has me doubting if I should venture any further into 25A customizing after these figures are done, no way I want to beyond head/hand swaps if this is gonna happen everytime. :-/

My noncustom fodder figure parts don't see the same use/movement/handling these figures have, it makes me wonder if they would, were I to play with the figures like I did as a kid.

That sucks that you have this issue. I know that I have had some issues with GH's knees being loose. 2 straight from the box that cannot hold bent posses. Other than that, my figures have had no problems with looseness.

I've popped of Duke's head a couple of times and was swapping it around.
It's very loose now.

I've never seen (or noticed, at least) this pad, and none of my customed 25As are loose at the ribcage joint. Wha'choo talkin' 'bout, Willis?
