There is no fast and cheap way to cast heads. To get started from scratch your looking at a minimum of $70 to get started if you want to use halfway decent materials. Besides the resin you are going to need silicone to make the molds out of, silcone hardener to cure the silcone, mold realease if you plan on doing 2 part molds, plus some way of making a mold box. For someone like yourself I would probably recommend getting the Starter kit from Alumilite since it would have all the stuff you need to get you started, and theres probably enough silcone there to make about 8 head molds out of. Not really necessary but helpful is a jewler scale or somehting similar since both the silicone and resin need to measured out in specific quantities in order for them cure right. There other ways of measuring but that would be entirely up to you.

For instance I have been needing several V1 Snake eyes heads for quite awhile now so instead trying to buy them off of ebay I just made a mold of one I had and then made the 6 other ones I needed.
