Well, I have a 25th Snakes Eyes on his way. Curious about parts though so I wanted to see if anyone could try fitting some parts for me.

Can anyone see if Gung Ho thighs will fit on Snake Eyes, and in turn, see if Cobra Commander calves/feet will fit on Gung Ho thighs? Any help would be appreciated.

I haven't swapped these parts specifically but the ones I have all seemed to work pretty well. The only one that was constructed differently internally was SE's knee joints have skinnier pegs than the others so using the lower leg of SE on another thigh will require a teensy bit of boring out the hole a bit.

As for these specifically, I'll see what I can do for you when I get home tonight, if no one else steps up. But knowing this group, I'm sure someone is sitting at their desk at work with the figures in hand just waiting for a request like this.

I just tried the parts for you. Good news is Gung Ho's thighs fit, though to me they looked slightly big, but paint may make them look perfect. Bad news the hole for CC's knee is too small, however a little dremeling should make it work ok. With out actually enlarging the holes it is a bit hard to think of how CC's knee will look with lower leg on the thigh.

Since GH's thighs are a little bigger, do you think that the CC lower legs would be too skinny?

Honestly I would say it looks a little small, but looking at them I had an idea that may still work. I was thinking of boiling and poping the shin from the knee on both, so you still have the thigh and knee from GH and switch the shin and foot with CC. If you use a bit of green stuff, it shouldn't affect the second joint, and it will add a little bulk to make the leg flow better. the other bonus in my opion is the Gh knee works better for the leg than the sharp ironed look of CC's knee.

Interesting. I may have to try it. I think GH's feet could work as well, and I could just paint them like gaters. Looks like back to ebay for a GH and CC
