Anyone have any ideas? I've seen one that came mounted on a diecast car, but it was 1/24th scale. The board itself could still almost have worked, but I didn't want to wast the money on the out of scale car that I'd never use. I might end up trying to create one, but I'd rather invest that time elsewhere.

I missed out on most of the previous Marvel 1/18 line, so I don't know if there was a Silver Surfer that would have a board I could use. Maybe when the new line hits there will be.

thoughts?

Yes and Yes

The previous Marvel line had a Silver Surfer with a decent board and the new Marvel line will have a Silver Surfer as well. It's unknown at this time how the board will look, though.

Although the mokc up Silver Surfer from this line that was being shown around at San Diego was stolen and didn't include his board. :shifty:
:D

The Huck Doll's sports figures come with 1/18 scale sports equipment. The Surf boards also have magnets in them. http://www.farmgoodsforkids.com/popup.html?src=images/PRODUCT/large/NR-00141.jpg&pname=original-female-surfer-ii-huck-doll

Just wait for the Silver Surfer figure next yr and you won't have to pay for the scalper prices.

Beware, the Silver Surfboard doesn't have any fins on bottom.

Ok. Good to know. I can either fashion them out of styrene - or - it might actually help if I want to just display it flat.

Thanks for the heads up.

Are you thinking about the WOW Girls, John? I thought that one of them came with a board. I bought a bunch for my daughter a few years back and seem to remember seeing a pic of a surfboard on the back of the packaging.

If it's not a hassle to look for it, that would be awesome of you. Let me know what you'd want for it.

Didn't that company that makes the skateboards make some surfboards too? I thought I had one that I got from a $1 store. I'll have to check for you, but I think they do.

I didn't find the board I have, but it was that company the makes the fingerboards or Tech deck, something like them. I did find this though: http://www.fingerboards.com/minsurblisse.html
Don't know what scale it is, but it may work for you.

Don't know if you're still looking, but I noticed the thread because I've been looking for one too. Some great suggestions here.

I remembered a TMNT figure came with one, and that it would work for scale... might be a cheap find on ebay.
