Has anyone taken apart the 25th Serpentor yet? I'm wondering about the snake shoulder pad things. Do they have something on the inside that holds them in? Or could they just be popped out with the boil and pop? I don't need to take him part for my custom, but I want to remove the snake shoulder pad things without cuting them. Thank you for any help.

They're held on by little pegs that fit into holes on the shoulders and glued in place.

Boil and pry (They won't pop) them off before disassembly.

Thanks, I just wanted to make sure they were not held in place by something big, that I would have tore those pieces getting them off.

His cape is held on by loops of silver thread wrapped around those posts too so be careful if you want to salvage the cape. I almost cut on loop trying to pry the snake off.

All the snakes on the 4 or 5 Serpys I've had have all just peeled off/out with my thumb. I'm old-skool like that, yo.
