I don't think there's been any turmoil at all about this guy's work, but I haven't seen any new posts for a month or so, so I can't say for sure if he's still doing it:

Again I don't know a thing about his actual product, I'm mainly just passing along these possible resources to anyone here who may not browse Hisstank. What I like about this stuff is that it kind of fills a gap in the existing market for these type of pieces. If anyone has tried anything yet (not even sure if he's actually selling yet) let me know, as I intend to load up at some point.
