hey, can anyone help sculpt a good Flapjack head? going to try and make a custom of him and need a head.

I could do it for you if you haven't found anyone yet. My self customs tend to have a big balloon head syndrome that would probably be to Flapjack's advantage. Just PM me the details like what type of body you're thinking of using so I know what type of neck to start with and can match up proportions. Also do you want the expression he has in your avatar or were you thinking of something else? Removable hat?
