I'm having a problem with Barrage. I mistakenly used lacquer clear coat on him a year ago and now it's sticky. Is there a way to remove that tackiness or should I strip all the paint and start over?

Turbintine or any paint thinner. My suggestion take the figure apart. Take the parts that are tacky and soak them in a bath of it in a glass jar. Remove and brush with a used toothbrush, put back in the bath. Remove and wash the parts in warm to hot soapy water. Then let the parts sit over night in hot soapy water to remove the smell of the thinnner. This can be done to strip unwanted paint.
