OK so ever since I saw photos of the super articulated Gree with the ball joint legs I knew I wanted to use that body for a custom 25th style Joe.

But who? I'll be swapping out the head and helmet for something less distinctive and I might swap the arms for older, non-ball joint wrists just for consistancy sake but I have no idea who to use the heavily armored body for.

A super soldier? A heavy trooper? Something else?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Who to make?

How about General Dark Jedi leading his elite squad of Clonetroopers on an attack?

Suggesting a 3.75" adaptation of a Sigma 6 figure? You sir, have just become a full fledged Sigma 6 fan!

I think he's a wee bit too humany to be Robo-JOE for me. I'd LOVE a 25th Robo-JOE, but this ain't him.

Sigma Strike Duke is actually a great idea. . . except that it's Duke. I HATE Duke and he already have a ton of 25th Dukes. What if I made a scaled down version of that figure with a non-Duke head and called it Rapid Fire?

I think that's a nice compromise between the neon Super Trooper that was the original Rapid Fire and the urban camo, ultra awesome, why-oh-why-didn't-we-get-that-in-3.75" 12" version of Rapid Fire.

Plus what are the chances Hasbro will do a new Rapid Fire figure? Especially since Lanard now owns the name.

I think we have a weiner.
