So this needs some paint apps, but those ultimate Flints may make a nice odd version of a Cobra trooper. If this is acceptable as a Cobra trooper.

Yeah that was where I started, trying to make him look like the package, and probably where this will end up. But this just hit me as an option when I switched the torsos and had all the parts lying around. Its a shame to have to fix a figure like this, Stupid scarf.
