It was a fodder figure(Avalanche) so while I wasn't worried...the paint job came out pretty cool. I wanted to do a blood red RANGE-BAT and I suceeded. However when it came to putting the figure back together the legs were all warped so I had to get some new sculpt legs to fill in...

So some advice when dyeing stuff...

-If you stove has simmer or 2...keep it there...anything above will cause the figure to warp.

-Always do cold water in between dye baths...

-When moving to multiple dye baths(yellow is great for bringing out high lights on the figure) let the parts cool down and test them.

Off to work on my Toxo Tank Commander

I have had that happen, but only on torso pieces thus far. the sides seem to warp inwards. I'll
keep this in mind.

Are you doing new sculpt or RAH? Because I am about the dye some Overkill bodies...

But I really recommend multiple baths..Golden yellow is the most important color to have around if your dyeing a camo figure...

I go with the newer style stuff, it seems to take paint and dye better.
