I think Hawk has oddly long upper legs, so maybe just Hawk for both or Flint for both. I'd have to put it together to see. As for the hat, I think the Golden Compass line had some workable fur hats. I may have to slap this together and see how it looks.

The Golden Compass figures don't have any similar hats unfortunately.
The thighs I was trying to get to be similar to the original's. Maybe Storm Shadow ones could work?
